Are there any small kitchen appliances or gadgets that you use constantly? Are there some that you hardly ever use?

For me, I use my garlic press at least four times per week. I also use my wine opener quite a bit. lol.
I love my 4-sided grater, but I don’t use it all that often.
Wow. I should stop by you guys’ places sometime! LOL. Sounds like you are all well-versed in the kitchen. Jacob V- I hardly use my microwave anymore either. I don’t even keep it plugged in. I use it for storage. LOL.

I know that the pots and pans cycle washes pots and pans. But what does the dishwsher do differently then the normal cycle?
