We just bought a set of stainless steel cookware and have never used stainless before. We have always used a non stick cookware and would love to get tips from all of you to help make our cooking more pleasureable. Any tips you provide would be much apreciated

I’m looking to get my parents a new cookware set, but they have a glass top stove..And I noticed with the paula dean cookware it says that the pans can fuse to the glass top and that the company will not be held responsible if this happens…Does anyone know of a good brand that is around $130 or less that will not fuse to the stove top?

I just got a new set of stainless steel pots and pans. Are there certain dishes that should NOT be cooked in them? Any secrets that anyone wants to share about using this new cookware? I’ve always had non stick pans. I already learned that you need to cook at a lower cooking temperature than nonstick or cast iron. Those pans get REALLY HOT!! Thanks in advance for anyone’s help!!

MY QUESTION: What type of cookware could I buy that are both beautiful and long lasting?
Details: Im simple and clean. thats my style. I don’t want mix-matching pots and pans all over the place. Price could be an issue, but Im willing to pay for quality.

Anything pink in color for the kitchen or dinning room.

We just got hitched and have some money to buy a good cookware set. Most of our cooking is everyday stuff, but sometimes I like to go gourmet (I love cooking French food ala Julia Childs!) Any suggestions? Oh, and should we go with non-stick?
